Throughout the whole show, Queen Latifah was plugging that The Dark Knight had been nominated for 5 awards, but how many of them would it win. I find that the producers used this to keep viewers glued to their TV for the entire 2-hour show, however I didn’t like how it ended with the film winning all 5 awards in a lump sum. I would have rather seen the awards given out at various points during the show.
